This FTO coffee comes from the high-altitude Colonia Amor de Dios,Taipiplaya County, Caranavi Province, La Paz Department, Bolivia, and was processed by the AIPEAD Cooperative. It was individually harvested by the Colonia members and processed for export at the Cooperative’s Central Mill. The coffee beans are 100% Specialty Arabica (Tipica 90%, Caturra 10% varieties). This lot received a cupping score of 84 points by our Head Cupper, with notes as follows: Lively acidity, orange, apple. Smooth, lingering mouthfeel, silky , syrupy, creamy. Complex, well balanced.
